1. How does it work ?

Your entire Goldmen profile will be compiled based on:
1.Your personal development goals
2.Your DNA data
3.Your stitching style
4.Your personality development
5.Your professional development

2. Why DNA analysis?

DNA data has no predictive value when it comes to behavior. However, from your DNA you can find out how your brain interacts with the neurotransmitters dopanime, oxytocin and serotonin. These neurotransmitters / hormones determine to some extent how you ‘naturally’ deal with certain situations. DNA data, therefore, is more of an explanatory factor.

 
3. How do we measure your DNA ?

DNA data is collected by first dispensing saliva which is sent to the Erasmus Medical Center. There the DNA and RNA are separated. It is then possible to look at some specific genes that affect your character. You have about 25,000 genes and in humans  99% matches each other. So we only look at the 1%, the genes that make us so different.

 

4. Does my DNA predict my success in leadership or sales?

The answer to this is NO. DNA alone has no predictive value. In order to get a good idea of your life experiences, your attachment style, your personal and professional developments, will be also included.

5. Privacy rules

The results of your DNA profile will only be shared with others with your permission. Your DNA data is stored anonymously on a separate server under a 14-digit barcode, which we call your DNA key. This means that your DNA data is not linked to your name anywhere online.

 

 

6. What if I lose my DNA identification key?

The key for your DNA profile is stored offline (so only on paper). This means that if you lose your DNA key, an offline procedure will be started to manually search for the key. This link only concerns name and DNA key, no results. This key allows you to retrieve your profile online in a secure environment.

The power of DNA analysis and its extrapolation is that you can see very clearly where you come from - genetically - and where you now stand as a person. DNA research has given me new insights. For example, I was born resilient, but through all sorts of events in my life I have become (overly) sensitive to rejection. Of course, we all experience this to some degree, some more than others. A point of attention I will develop more in the coming years. I strongly recommend to walk the “Goldmen-way” once in your life time.
